SHIPPING
Each of our activewear items are made to order. This helps us keep our pricing below our competitors' rates and pass those savings along to you.
We create apparel products in about 2-5 business days and then ship them out afterward. Over 97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, while more than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Tracking your purchase is easy, as tracking numbers are sent out via email as soon as your order has shipped!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Since all product is made to order we currently cannot accept returns for products that are not an error on our part.
